The Change Name/DOB function allows you to change the name or date of birth change on your ticket. Tickets are issued in the name of the attendees at the time of purchase and the ticket can only be used by the person whose name appears on the ticket. The Change Name/DOB function allows you to change the name if the original attendee is no longer able to use the ticket.
