- To change the name on your ticket, the original purchaser must log into their Moshtix account
- Select the Manage Tickets option on the upper right hand side, select the Change Name/DOB option, and follow the prompts to enter the new attendee’s details.
- Once the transaction has been approved, the updated tickets will be sent to the original purchaser via email.
The Change Name/DOB function isn't always permitted and is at the discretion of the event organiser.
