Moshtix sells tickets on the strict condition that all sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations except when required by law. Furthermore, Moshtix acts as the ticketing agent for those who are promoting or otherwise providing the event for which you have purchased tickets.
Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theatres generally prohibit Moshtix from issuing exchanges after a ticket has been purchased.
Incorrect/accidental purchases are NOT guaranteed a refund/exchange. However, you may be able to change the name on your ticket through the Change Name/DOB function, or resell your ticket. The ability to use the Change Name/DOB function, or to resell your ticket is at the discretion of the event organiser. You can login to your Moshtix account to view your tickets and find out from there if you have the option to use the Change Name/DOB function or to resell your tickets.
