Actioning a name change through the Change Name/DOB function isn't always permitted and the fee is at the discretion of the event organiser.
You can confirm whether the Change Name/DOB function is available (and the associated fee) through your Moshtix account. Click MANAGE MY TICKETS and if Change Name/DOB is available, the option will appear.
