We are pleased to be able to offer you the option to upgrade your purchase to Secure Tickets through our partnership with Booking Protect. Secure Tickets allow you to apply for a full refund on your order should you, or anyone in your party, be unable to attend due to an unforeseen circumstance listed in the Secure Tickets Terms and Conditions. This includes injury, illness, travel trouble and other unexpected events. Full details on what is included can be found in the Secure Ticket Terms and Conditions.
Where available, the option to upgrade to Secure Tickets will be offered at the time of booking. Please note, the cost of this is calculated based on the total cost of your tickets.
Find directions on how to make a refund request in your confirmation email, in the Manage Tickets section when logged into My Account on Moshtix, or by clicking here. Refunds will be issued by Booking Protect via a bank transfer regardless of the original payment method.
Unfortunately the option to upgrade to Secure Tickets can only be offered at the time of purchasing your tickets.
