- To Reissue (change the name on my ticket), the original purchaser must log into their Moshtix account
- Select the "Manage Tickets" option on the upper right hand side, select the "REISSUE MY TICKET" option, and follow the prompts to enter the new attendee’s details.
- Once the transaction has been approved, the reissued tickets will be sent to the original purchaser via email.
Reissues are not always permitted and are at the discretion of the event organiser.
