For online bookings your confirmation is sent via email within 24 hours after booking your tickets. Your tickets are attached to this confirmation email as a PDF file or digital tickets. You have the option to print the PDF tickets off or display them on your smart phone for scanning.
Here are some handy hints for scanning off your phone:
- When tickets are about to be scanned please turn brightness up to full on your phone
- No cracked screens
- Make sure your screen is clean
- For PDF tickets, download your ticket to your phone and open with a PDF reader (eg Adobe)
- Do not use a screenshot, these are not clear enough for scanners to read
